I explained to her I have had esa for over a 2 decades and was rude and said I was lying lady I have the proof! Find else where’s to go this place is junk with people of very rude and uncaring I felt manipulated. Do not go here.

Had my first visit here for behavioral health. Filled out all the paperwork, expressed my military background and issues I suffer from that mentally, expressed my family history all on paperwork, but when it came down to the actual therapy session, my therapist only talked about himself and how his dad was a cop and somethin about his brother being in the service and ranted about himself for about 30-40minutes. I barely said anything about myself besides the regular questions and he immediately diagnosed me with anxiety and depression and asked if I’m willing to start medication in the future. Schedule a months worth of future visits once a week. I got my bill in the mail and it said “mental evaluation” and charged me 230 dollars for basically nothing. I was very vulnerable and honest on the paperwork and was excited to start my first ever therapy session and this experience made me feel like the therapist. 0/10. Don’t recommend whatsoever. Nobody felt qualified to treat or help. Not easy to talk to. I called back a few days later and cancelled all my appointments and went somewhere else. Avoid this place for serious mental health issues and seek help other places

Please be aware that the new location is 1401 N. 13th Street in Decatur. Google hasn't updated the address yet as of this posting, so my daughter went to the wrong place for her appointment. Not the staff's fault by any stretch. Staff is good, my daughter has had good experience.
