  Absolutely awful customer service. Disorganized all the way around. As a nurse, I would advise you to not bring your child here. They can’t seem to schedule appointments correctly and do not care if you drove a distance or missed work for the day. They will cancel the appointment for testing the day you come in and make you come back again, no matter if your child needs help or not. They clearly don’t care about your child . Staff was late to the appointment and front office staff not adequately trained. The office staff even told me point blank she has no idea how to cancel an appointment so I’m not charged. Absolutely mind boggling. Office manager did not answer the phone and nobody takes accountability for their mistake. Therapist office was a mess and smelled of BO.

  This place is was a shit show. I was admitted around June of 2022 after I had attempted to overdose. The first few days were a blur because of my condition but what I do remember is a staff member yelling me for nodding off and telling me to “quit faking it” (like I said I had just overdosed and was in horrible condition). I was taken in almost as soon as I was stable and received no further medical attention after admission and was basically ignored when I complained about really bad heart palpitations that continued even after my discharge. There were two other kids on the unit I was in at the time and we were not allowed to interact with each other outside of treatment based groups. The other two patients were also treated like shit. One claimed to need medical assistance and was ignored. There were ants in the food almost every meal. I was yelled at by one of the staff members for fidgeting with my bracelet and was told that if I didn’t stop and sit still they would push back my discharge date (it was made of string but if it was such an issue I don’t know why they let me keep it in the first place). Bottom line this place is a grey depressing prison filled with depressing staff members who take out their feelings on others to make themselves feel better. I was more willing to sit in the environment that made me attempt suicide in the first place then spend another minute in that hell hole. Like I said I was admitted in 2022 so it could have changed since then but I doubt it. I still have nightmares about this place and I hope that anyone who was given the absolute misfortune of being admitted here has found the help they need elsewhere and has healed from the experience.
