THIS PLACE REALLY SAVED MY LIFE!!! the NURSES ARE EXCELLENT WOMEN!!! AND THE COUNSELORS ARE GREAT!! I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO BE A PRESENT FATHER OR HUSBAND IF IT WASN'T FOR THIS PLACE.

Honestly, half these reviews are exaggerating OR are describing how things use to be yearsss ago at the clinic.. There are cameras, they have been in place for; a year or so maybe-giveORtake; So outside issues have pretty much subsided. Now, the people sitting in their cars while people "hold their spots" IS something a few certain individuals do, but certainly BHG have been and will be addressing those issues as well from their camera footage.!? And last but not least THEIR ARE 4 NURSES NOW 👏 YAAAYY Usually 4windows open! Barely a wait in the last 2 months at least.

All of the staff are amazing! I honestly have no problem INSIDE the clinic, my issue is outside :/ I seen another review regarding an issue similar, the outside line. I know there probably isn’t much that can be done but I’m still going to give my experience. Keep in mind I had to switch clinics because of this issue and that really upset me. I live around an hour to an hour n a half away, I got there around 5 till and there’d be a HUGE line. And to top it off, the first 20ish people would save spots for other people. So that would add more time to the already huge line. I couldn’t stand in the line anymore, I was always late to work, I almost got fired over it. I’ve heard other folks say “I’m on break” “I go in early and gotta speed after this” that should be 100% unacceptable. A few people towards the front don’t work, get SSI/disability, and they slow it up for the working people. Bowen does a program called “working vouchers” people that work check in, then automatically get dosed, they get to go to the front of the line. Something desperately needs done about this. Saving spots for people that get there later but since they’re “veterans” they automatically get their “spot” is extremely wrong. Having a huge line 30 minutes before opening is a mess waiting to happen. Anything can happen. And people/friends won’t snitch on each other. Please do better BHG, the staff and program is great, but outside is wearing you guys down big time.
