I learned that prescription drug companies do what they can to keep people paying, and I ran out of my prescription and suffered for it. I think that the doctors here are not to blame for this, and I made the mistake thinking they were.

If I could give zero stars or minus I would. Failure in continuity of care!!! I have had a prescription refill request pending for over about a week now. My pharmacy said they have not received anything after multiple requests. Not sure why IU Health referred me to Bowen Health when IU Health has their own behavioral health and psychiatry department but uses Parkview Behavioral Health in Fort Wayne. Avoid Bowen Behavioral Health Rudisill like your life depends on it. I neened a DOT Medical Clearence and it has been passed from my NP, to her supervisor and then to the supervisor's supervisor. They failed to return promissed calls, when I went in person they left me sitting waiting on a supervisor only to waste my time lettng me know it got passed to higher supervision. It's not that difficult people, you'd think I was asking for a security clearence to meet the President of the USA. Bowen's Admin gets an F -. Absolutly ridiculous! When they "Investigate" they make excuses and try to blame you.

This place really has messed with me. They have twice now rescheduled my appts like literally last minute with different providers without notice. Putting me, a rape survivor, into a room alone with a man who specializes in something else entirely. TWICE. Also, I found out when I got there, and had to cancel. Desiree schutte, the one therapist there, colored through my sessions, sometimes barely listening to what I was saying. And don’t get me started on the smoker’s gamut you have to run when you arrive at the building. It’s just.. run poorly. I recommend anywhere but here.
