To be honest, if I could give zero stars, I would my daughter was involved in Wrap Around services that we desperately needed and had waited a long time for only for them to decide they were no longer offering wraparound services after providing poor service they sent us to a provider in Bedford, who refused to even see us in person and would only do virtual, which was not what we signed up for nor agreed to the therapist and life skills coaches are not dedicated. I’m completely heartbroken to have put my trust in Center stone despite their reputation.

Unbelievable staff, the litteral cutting edge of substance use and mental health holistic type mental/emotional/spiritual/religious healing work. Anyone deeply suffering from a life of addiction who's ready to try to leave it all behind and start being the person they always knew they could be should come and surrender their pain over to the experts... Elise g Couldn't recommend it more! Elise, Jen, Carmen, Andrew, Quie-Quie, Lily, and JD... The list goes on. Just unbelievable people who are so talented at what they do... Thank you from the bottom of my heart 🙏🏻
