  Please do not waste your time or energy with this place! THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH! I would give 0 stars if I could. They will mistreat you, drain you, and try to bill you for all kinds of extra services you never even asked for. THEY ARE HIGHLY UNETHICAL! Over the course of 9 business days, I have spent many hours (20+ hours) since I went to a walk-in intake on 6/1/26 to try to urgently establish basic counselling services for my child. This initial intake alone took 5 hours of my time that day. Since then, completely avoidable issues have continued to arise and escalate in a truly appalling and devastating series of interactions with staff there. This whole experience has been so unnecessarily and intensely stressful that it has actually caused my family greater harm than if we hadn't reached out for help at all! Almost every single interaction I have had during this timeframe, ranging from (what should have been simple) interactions with front desk associates, intake specialists, actual heads of entire departments, and even their direct supervisors, has been EXTREMELY TOXIC or at the least very unhelpful or counterproductive! Despite my continued, proactive attempts spanning 9 business days, my efforts to simply get basic counselling services started for my child have still not been successful. At this point, I will have to accept that even trying to get help there at all has been unnecessarily and significantly taxing and gotten us nowhere whatsoever. I wish I could say differently, but my recent experience only confirms a long term repeated pattern of astonishly poor quality interactions I have had with them throughout multiple separate occasions during my adult life. I should have known better than to even try, but hoped this time would work out and allow me to establish care for my child quickly. Clearly, they still hire the most incompetent and uncaring people I've ever encountered in the mental health field! The few good ones who work there are quickly burned out /drained themselves to a degree that prevents them from providing effective care either. In a mental health setting, this is seriously a recipe for disaster! In a way, I am thankful I didn't get far enough along to actually allow any of their staff access to or influence over my child's mental health! Please do not trust these people with such services... this could easily put you as a client in a very vulnerable position with dangerously toxic individuals! Long story short, now that I have wasted 2 full weeks while my child continues to go without the support she needs, I will have to start completely over with researching other options for counselling that accept our insurance. I truly cannot imagine someone in a bad spot with their mental health going through such a lengthy ordeal like I have had since the 1st of this month and not being pushed to worse outcomes as a result! THIS IS DEEPLY CONCERNING AND NOT OKAY! Centerstone should be shut down!
