Was 10 mins late caught the train and ran behind getting there, they cancelled my appt and made me go til Monday 5 days without a prescription that they know you can get very sick if off of, they do not care about recovery if they do this to a client period

I've been a patient at clean slate for a long time at the Alexandria branch.the people there have been courteous & attentitive to my needs.i have no complaints at all.

Been going to Clean Slate for 6 years now and I've never had a problem w the staff or even the other patients. They are professional but friendly and personable. I'm assuming the only people that have problems with them are the ones that do not follow the rules or program the way they are supposed to. Keep up the good work C.S. and thank you for helping to keep me clean for 6 years! God Bless! 🌹 The pics are awful bc I simply take awful pics but I've been clean and SOBER for 8 years now! 😊
