I don't know how this place has such a good rating. Rude nurse. Receptionist deleted my appointments and made me come back the next day. They told me never worry about getting my medicine and when I had an emergency I had to beg for an appointment. The manager is nice but the provider I saw basically said it wasn't her problem. Won't be back.

My girlfriend has been a patient there for about a month and every time she leaves the place and comes home she complains about the bad customer service and about the nurses treating her like she's a piece of crap. Now I know this is a treatment center and half the people there are under court order but some are not like my girlfriend she volunteered to clean herself up she did not volunteer to be treated like a piece of crap every single visit by the reception is there. This has got to stop and I'm going to file a formal complaint with the company. They made her strip down to nothing they complain about the type of clothing that she's wearing which is none of their business. They are rude and today they actually violated HIPAA laws. There is no professionalism going on in that office by the staff. She did not complain about the supervisor or the doctors just the staff something needs to be done. This is unacceptable.
