Thanks for the kindness.. The entire staff at my local Cleanslate, as well as all employees of Cleanslate centers across the nation. I have had nothing but genuine care and support over the years. Thanks Lafayette 😵💫 as of 3/30=my report has changed in the worst way I had surgery and was assured I would be able to return to clean slate in Lafayette. But that was not the case due to having pain meds filled and meeting with a new in house provider that completely erased my whole 1st report . Other than the girls up front. This new woman is the exact opposite of what clean slate stands for. Was rude told me to get out of her office because 10 weeks after surgery and to my surprise the pain management program I was in was far from communicable. And I ran out of my post surgery pain meds quickly . While in withdrawal and seeking to come back to c.s. I was treated like a prisionernand new in house prescriber was the judge and jury. She would not help me back on to Suboxone and told me to get out . I asked her , to clarify that they are about harm reduction and if anything bad were to happen because I have been on this med for 7 years she would take full blame she rudely rushed me away telling me get lost basically. Mthis is not the clean slate it was for many years . I will be filling a formal complaint . I was giving no explanation other than I had pain meds filled this month .. duh!!! I had a major surgery and found out that that was not the route I was going to continue. This person needs to be held responsible and will be for any lapse in my recovery. I had care coordination and other providers on telemed agree that it was no problem . She is the worst thing that could have happened to clean slate causing major disruption to my recovery and the facts I was givin prior to surgery. Iam frantically searching for relief and they don't care the outcome . Horrible abuse of power. When it comes to harm reduction.
