I can't explain in words on what a wonderful staff Muncie clinic has! I had a problem with dosage and the provider worked things out and fixed my dose right away. They professional care and respect you will receive is wonderful. Please don't hesitate. If a MAT program is what your looking for don't hesitate in contacting Clean Slate. THANK YOU to the entire staff ❤️❤️❤️

I have not had one problem with you guys I’ve been going there for over six months now my only thing is the gift cards you guys hand out it’s taking quite some time to get it you guys used to hand out cards for referrals but you guys stopped it I have gotten quite a few people in with you guys and they also like it I’m not complaining was just wondering why so long for the cards anyway you guys really help people without all the hassle your employees are polite and respectful so I give you guys five stars
