i hate feeling judged by smallminded workers that dont understand people who are different the management needs to retrain the people to be more polite and professional instead of being judgemental like a kid can you please investigate this issue?

I've been at Clean Slate for about five years now. They have changed employees a few times but everyone who has ever worked there was beyond great. Most of the employees are in recovery themselves so they really understand. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My appointments never last more than ten minutes and they get me back really quickly. If you are considering MAT Treatment I highly recommend Clean Slate to help with your recovery.

I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to speak up about my experience. I was a patient in a program for people in recovery and was assigned to this provider Jennifer Gross. From the very beginning, I felt dismissed and unheard. Anytime I brought up concerns whether about my health or my personal life they were brushed off as if they didn’t matter. One moment that really stood out was when I opened up to her about how hard it is being Black in this town and the discrimination I’ve experienced. Instead of acknowledging my experience or even showing basic empathy, she completely shut me down and asked me what does that have to do with her!! That conversation made it clear to me that she wasn’t someone I could trust with my care. She is not very approachable and often came across as if she was above me or anyone else trying to receive help including my wife who experienced the same situation. That kind of attitude has no place in a field where compassion, understanding, and humility are essential. I ended up quitting the program because I no longer felt safe, supported, or respected under her care.
