I walked in thinking I'm gonna hate this, why do I have be here, but it actually turned out allot better than I was expecting. Class is actually entertaining and you can learn some pretty valuable things from John during group discussion.

I cannot recommend Sam Bailey enough. Over the past three years, she has been instrumental in my healing journey, specifically in addressing childhood trauma. When I started, I struggled with deep guilt, shame, and a lack of self-belief. Sam provided a safe, non-judgmental space that allowed me to finally unpack these experiences. She helped me reframe my narrative and build immense self-trust. I have gone from prioritizing others' opinions to doing things because I know they are good for me. Her approach is compassionate, patient, and incredibly effective. Because of her, I now live with confidence and self-compassion. She truly changed my life.
