These people helped me so much. They were all so kind. But I was in there for 5 days and they had two grey codes? Whatever they were called. Within two of those days. I know it's not the employees fault but there's also the fact I got there and had to sit in my room crying reading a manual that said "here at deconess cross pointe your never alone" while alone. That bugged me. And the schedule was always changing.. but all the nurses and everyone was so nice.!

They didn't take my sister's suicidal thoughts seriously and now she's dead. When I was here back in 2020 they let me pick my own medicine and I think it's ruined my life. Do. Not. Go. Here. If you're walking the valleys of death this place will make you want to die more.

Didn't get morning meds till 5 in the evening. Should have had insulin with breakfast. Psychiatrist said I was able to go home and it took me a few hours to get the nurse to look. They violated policy. They didn't pull me out of the main room. They came out and took blood sugars in front of other patients a day when I finally got my insulin They gave e me a shot in front of everyone. I didn't put anybody on the form to give them permission to talk about me. They did anyway, it was my spouse but he was not listed and the receptionist told him things that 1. No permission 2. Gave him wrong details. When they finally realized I was going home they said oh it was all a big mixup. Most nurses were nice. Lack of communication between staff. Food was disgusting. I would not recommend this place. I was there 15 hrs.
