FCRC has been amzing place for recovery. I came here for PHP and IOP and have had great instructors and therapist. Being a veteran and getting teamed up with a veteran therapist was so beneficial for my recovery cause he understood what ive been through and was able to help me out in areas where I struggled. I was amazed that being from Kokomo we had such an amazing facility in my hometown and recommend this place to help out for recovery and that they provide you with the tools to help you succeed once you leave. 5 star.

Absolutely nothing but INSURANCE FRAUD. I was told when discussing counseling and services that it was at will and If I didn’t feel it was what I was looking for I could leave at any time. LIE!!!! I WAS NOT THERE FOR SUBSTANCE OR DRUG ABUSE N MADE TO DO BREATHALYZER TESTS DAILY FOR THE FEW DAYS I WAS TOLD I HAD TO STAY AFTER BEING TOLD I COULD LEAVE AT ANY TIME. Staff asked me why they put me on detox section? I demanded to leave for 3 days they said I couldn’t .. there for 5 days n the owner finally released my belongings that were placed in 3 different locked locations supposedly… counseling JOKE. I was prescribed a sedative that I did not ask nor need and was introduced to NP never assessed etc and then when I finally was allowed to leave the nurses were unprofessional told me I had to wait and wouldn’t release my things but when they did things were missing etc. I was told my insurance would pay for everything and I get a bill for $605.00 for labs???? I am still disputing this and have spoke to legal counsel about this along with the lab company that I informed I don’t even know what labs or results were and the facility can take care of this because it was complete fraud of healthcare and insurance and these people need not try to recruit patients and mislead them with false information and services that do NOT EXIST. THEY NEEDED ADMISSIONS IS WHAT IT BOILED DOWN TO AND I TOLD THEM ABOUT IT ALOMG WITH INABILITY TO CONTACT MY FAMILY PHONE TAKEN N NOT RELEASED TIL I DEMANDED TO LEAVE AND NOT ALLOWED ACCESS TO A PHONE. Being in healthcare for 27 years and treated like an idiot and misinformed after I in depth discussed the only reason I was looking for counseling and asked numerous times if they provide ONLY COUNSELING NOT SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES AND REBECCA THE ADMISSIONS COORDINATOR LIED ABOUT EVERY ASPECT AS THEN I REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO JEFF THE OWNER AND WELL YOU CAN GUESS… he never answered returned call nor would speak to me. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
