In the beginning I felt very welcomed and understood. I could reach the people I needed to and express my needs. So many “Yes” and “Absolutely” I couldn’t help but feel at accommodated. Slowly this began to rot away. One promise after another completely unaddressed. Several failures of communication and rude phone interactions. I realized that I was just another person in a program that is way over capacity and far too overzealous to actually accomplish the proposed goal. Somebody, somewhere is getting paid very well off the backs of a few amateur clinicians who can’t handle the workload. I have been in withdrawal three times and had to buy and sell on the streets with my prescription meds just to avoid further withdrawal. Every time they tell me “Yes we can do that for you” it is another lie (intentional or otherwise) to maintain survival in waters far too deep and unrealistic for this company and it’s constituents. I have already switched providers and I would not recommend this to anyone who is serious about recovery. Do yourself a favor and avoid this tele-health program.

I have only fantastic things to say about groups and the way that they provide treatment is like no other I would highly recommend it to anybody who is even just looking at it I definitely recommend it
