Groups has been great from the start for me. And not just with my meds. They are truly here for you in anyway possible. I have different staff members contact often to check and make sure I don't need anything. I like the environment and mindset it puts me when I'm doing a group. I know that we are all in the same boat. That makes it real easy to say anything. I'm truly comfortable and I know that I'm not being judged. I love groups. I just did 5/1/2 years straight incarcerated. And groups has made it super simple and stress free. Everything has been a smooth transition.
