Has been a amazing recovery

This place use to be a lot better when I started in 2022. In the last year, I'm not sure what happened, but whoever is running things makes so many changes for themselves and employees, and don't seem to think about how changing things all the time effects not only the employees, but the patients they serve. More often than not things are out of order and messed up. All the counselors I've had have been pretty good, a couple exceptional! All The employees seem to be very over worked though. Many who have been with groups for years and come to group all the time, have had to deal with scripts getting messed up, and not being able to get ahold of who they need to. I've watched this company decline tremendously over the past year, and its sad, because they have a good thing going, but seem to have lost their way on how to run a business, and take care of employees, and serve their customers/ patients. I hope to see things get better, instead of continuing to go down hill. Shout out to the counselors who run the groups though, for all of their hard work! And I've never meant a provider I wasn't happy with as well!

Groups has helped me in every way towards my recovery goals, without their help I would still be in active addiction.
