Look, first, Suboxone SAVED MY LIFE, and groups in theory is a wonderful path to recovery and saves lives everyday! With that being said, I am so so highly disappointed with my experience with this office In particular and even the organization as a whole with my last experience... I'm 10 years sober off opiates and IV use so it's not even an option in my head anymore to return to use, BUT I was attending groups with a wonderful group of supportive and caring folks, our counselor Allison was also VERY educated and well versed when it comes to addiction and substance abuse disorder, she was a counselor that would kindly and witb compassion call any member out on their BS , she also offered in office therapy sessions for pstd and anxiety relief so me members in my group actually did art therapy with her and resolved alot of their issues, cannot say it enough Allison pucket is probably one of the best and relatable professionals ive met in my recovery journey, now it's very unfortunate that she has to be with groups trying to clean up their mess and trying to translate and communicate their policies, practices, and expectations. Cause groups has become something I can no longer in good faith recommend to people struggling with getting clean, like I said this tele health approach to getting on a MAT program opens the doors to so many people that may not have the resources or ability to travel to a providers office weekly, some that are freshly clean live second to second and groups is the hour a week they feel like there is hope. Anyway, my issue is Allison spent probably 10 or so minutes providing literally every phone number and names we would need to contact groups for Rx issues, or any issues, she even gave us exact time tables as to when we could expect some one to respond to the message or voicemail, and it was very reasonable too, 2-4 hours, for any organization handling 15k + members and getting them all meds and coordinating and facilitating every possible instance. So I was without meds, needed help with rescheduling and other things, I reached out exactly as I was instructed to in the exact format I was told to use... NO ONE TEXTED OR CALLED ME ....to this day only Alison has spoken to me, so I just cannot refer my people there cause if I was in the first part of my sobriety...if I called and texted 2 offices begging for help and I literally got NO response that's a good way to let someone fall back into use! And I communicated this with everyone at groups and they acted like oh no big deal, I MISSED GROUP 2 WEEKS IN A ROW, and I didn't get so much as a text... And by the second week had established myself back at clean slate, groups didn't know if I was dead or alive, and I don't really think anyone cared much that's only my opinion of course. I'm just saying I have a buddy who just got clean 1 month ago and got out of jail he's on methadone and wants an easier way to be on a MAT program he's homeless and doesn't have a phone i was even going to buy him one specifically for groups, but there is no way In the world id do that now ill just take him to clean slate with me. Groups recover together, please do better.. I understand you all have overloaded on patients but that's your fault you shouldn't take new intakes without the staff to support and keep track of your members that's a great way to kill addicts it sounds so dramatic but it's so true. I digress, thank you Allison for all your hard work you did actually teach me a lot in a short time the rest of you... please please please get it together. *"This is actually a 1 star review but Alison gets her own star I hope she goes into her own practice. Groups is a sinking ship

I like my teacher she always the one talking and teaching us about the people we are then reroutes our disfiguration
