I honestly wish I could give this place zero stars. This organization claims to care about helping people recover, but my experience was the complete opposite. The staff seemed overworked, untrained, and at times downright dismissive. Instead of offering compassion and understanding, some staff members came across as judgmental, making the whole environment feel cold and unwelcoming. It felt more like a business trying to meet quotas than a place that genuinely wants to help people heal. I got discharged for not going to see a mental health professional. Isn't that supposed to be what they are? If you or someone you love is struggling, please look elsewhere. Recovery is hard enough without being made to feel like youre less than a human being.

It has been a life saver for me. I want to thank God and groups for my sobriety without the both of you who knows where I would be.

I would never refer or recommend this place to anyone. They discharged a patient after 2.5 years within 5 days because there was a glitch in their APP. The patient was unable to sign their treatment plan due to technical difficulties. They discharged the patient 5 days later leaving them without medication. After 2.5 years, they discharged this patient with no medication to last until they find a provider. I have witnessed their clients privacy being violated in the telehealth groups. I have witnessed male counselors treat female patients like garbage muting them during groups. If you are able to find a 30 day provider, I would recommend that. This place offers no continuity of care.
