Groups has been very helpful in my recovery , I recommend it to anyone having trouble quitting using drugs it's all around a positive and helpful way to changing your life around.

I have been going to groups for a few months now and oh my gosh, the difference it had made in my mental health! The group setting every week is so fun once you really get to know your group and counselor. They make things really fun and they also make it really easy for you to open up and talk about anything. They never judge you and they always have your back. They hold you up to your short time and your longtime goals and then once a month you have your provider meeting and if you have any problems with your medication or anything, the doctor is there to answer any of your questions or your concerns. I would highly recommend this place to anybody who is struggling with substance abuse, and mental health issues. I am A mother of six and I work a full-time job and they work around my schedule to fit My needs best!

Groups is an uplifting experience designed to help and to motivate us in our recovery journey! Im glad i joined! It gives me a freedom from a drug addicted past! Im thankful and would recommend groups to anybody seeking relief from drug abuse!
