I called to ask a question and was treated like I was stupid.. The therapists here may be absolutely amazing but I won’t ever know because I refuse to see just based on my experience with the receptionist alone.

I've had to go there on multiple occasions. They were very nice and they tried to help me so much, though I am super stubborn when it comes to therapy, but regardless of how I am. They always try to find ways that'll work best for you when needing something to change for the better. My occasions, that I truly remember, were for major depression and how to healthily cope with it. Sally was my therapist for both times I went, and loved her. The 1 star review below was left by someone who likes to do that to businesses for the hell of it.
