I wish I could give them no stars, i was court ordered through the v.A to do zoom therapy once a month. And the v a was paying for it, but there was a pass balance due.I had no knowledge of. Nobody called me or sent me a letter. The only way I found out is a law firm sent me a letter saying they were suing me and by the time I found out it was too late so they ruined my credit over $240. All it would have took is a simple phone call. I would have came out of the pocket. And paid it. It shows they don't care about helping you in life. They only care about money.

Ive had 3 family members go here over the last 3 years. It's hard to get an appointment and when you do, they often call you to reschedule or cancel it and sometimes at the last minute simply because it's a Friday afternoon and they don't want to be bothered. People have jobs and lives they're trying to work these appointments around and some people really NEED help. People's mental health is not a joke. These people just don't care.

Didn't even want to give one star. I Just phoned this place in which an uncaring female answered my call. I asked for a female therapist and she couldn't guarnetee that I would see one. She was short, abrupt and unhelpful.
