This clinic is not a safe place to go if you are looking for help with opioid use disorder. The staff will treat you like trash and they will basically tell you that you're better off continuing to use street drugs. A friend of mine went there today and they were extremely rude to her, tried to talk her into leaving when she's been trying to get their help for a month. When she told them she didn't want to leave because she needs to better her life the doc dosed her with 32mg (4 full strips) of Suboxone and told her she wouldn't get sick. She's epileptic!!! Not only did this send her into precipitated withdrawals, it also sent her into seizures while she was driving herself home. Both facts she had made them aware of before the doc decided to give her twice the maximum dosage recommended by the company that makes the drug. So on her first dose this doc decided to double the amount you should receive after 2yrs of being on this drug when he knew she had recently used illegal drugs, he knew that she was epileptic, and knew she had to drive. Was this doc trying to kill her OR was he just trying to make a point that he didn't want to be bothered by her again? I'm so angry. There is no excuse for the way she was handled today. Every employee of this clinic should be ashamed of themselves for caring more about getting to lunch than they did about a young lady that just wanted their help to get her life on track.

My boyfriend has been coming to this place every week and they never seem to be able to help him. They constantly have an excuse for why they can’t get him in whether it’s “the doc’s not in til after the weekend,” or “we stop taking people by 10:30 and it’s 10:34 now” or “we only help til noon”. For someone who is not an addict but living with one, misery loves company and I’m outraged by the lack of empathy, help, and information these “people” have here. Suck.
