ICFR Caramel is undoubtedly an amazing blessing. From the moment I decided to seek treatment there. They’ve helped me all the way through. The intake staff, was very informative and took care of everything. Once at the facility, Pam Is a godsend. She’ll take care of every need. The groups are a nice size, so you’re able to discuss your issues and the therapist stay on topic. Carmela is amazing! She will work with you, to let you talk about what you’re going through and has so much wisdom it amazes me how she is able to encourage individuals in the group. I think we have one of the best nurse practitioners I’ve ever met, her name is Eve.. She takes the time to get to know you and really cares about how you’re doing and what your needs are. She’ll work with you if there’s anything you need. I highly recommend ICFR Carmel.

ICR is a caring, insightful, professional recovery center working to help their patients and families. Pam, Carmila, Dana and Eve are wonderful, bright and dedicated people, along with all the kind intake people over the phone. I have only been coming here three days a week in IOP and feel so much better and more positive.

ICFR has been an amazing experience for me. Pam is awesome and offers so much encouragement to me and the group. Carmela is the best group facilitator and therapist I've ever had!!
