Does anyone know if the west office is open i have a appointment in a hr

I have been coming to journey Road west for almost 10 years. I started coming when it was on Bradbury. My first doctor was awesome, and so was my 2nd Dr or N.P. Melonie. Mel left last December. I believe they have been going down hill since melonie left. Her replacement is ok I guess except when they to reschedule your appointment because she won't be there. Now she training a new N.P. and the shorted my script 3 days. Made my appointment for 28 days but only gave me enough for 25 days. The receptionist, the nurse, Darcy & Amanda are great but I'm majorly upset. They won't even work with you if you need afternoon appointments. I have never failed a urine test & I've only rescheduled my a couple of my appointments because they were to early. I've been clean since 07/2015. I'm thinking very seriously about going somewhere else as my opinion of Journey Rd west has dropped, I've only continued going there because I really like my counselor.

Staff is helpful, knowledgeable, kind and caring. Usually quicker than most clinics I’ve been to. I’ve never had a problem getting through when I’ve called them and I was able to get in very quickly for my first appointment. I started out at the east side location, but moved to the west side because it’s closer to home. If you need to help, don’t hesitate to schedule an appointment. It’s life-changing.
