I want to thank Dr. Eckert for performing surgery on my head. I had a serious emergency situation and it worried me very badly for 3 weeks and he fixed it. I want to thank him for taking the stress off my shoulders. I like people that can fix problems not cause problems.

After having mostly bad experiences with this clinic in Washington County, I decided to give them a try in Jeff. What a mistake that was! On the day of my first appointment, they closed the office--but didn't tell me until a few minutes past my appt time, when I had already made the 45 mile drive and spent ten minutes trying to figure out how to get in the building. Shame on you. Get yourself organized, like the group of professionals that you claim to be.

I had gotten a phone call from Lifespring at 10 AM on January 7, 206 and they left no message. I called back at around 1:50 PM and the receptionist was very rude. I didn’t know which location I needed to call, and she was just yelling at me “We have three adult buildings, do you know what street your doctor is on?” It took me a minute to find the street, but she asked me which doctors I see and I told her. I was in the middle of telling her the street name, and then he transferred me to the right person, who was extremely sweet and helpful. You’re dealing with patients who might be having a mental health crisis, being rude and hostile towards that person makes the situation more severe. After this interaction, I think if I missed a call from Lifespring in Jeffersonville, I think i’m going to be even more anxious than before.
