For a place to be so concerned about mental health, they can’t be bothered to call someone back after they’ve left 4 voicemails in a week. Don’t waste your time with this office if you really are trying to better your mental health. They’ll cause you more distress.

look, i rarely ever post reviews, especially bad ones, but this place is hands down one of the worst therapy offices in Kentuckiana. i’ve been going to this office since i was 17 (now 23 in a few days) and i have never once enjoyed my experience. the office staff, while kind at times, is very unprofessional. i’ve heard personal conversations about patients that i probably legally should not have heard according to HIPPA. there is no consistency with therapy staff either. i’ve seen 3 different therapists in one year because every therapist i was put with ended up leaving the office and i was forced to see someone new who i had to rebuild a connection with. when i started back here about a year ago i asked specifically for a female therapist because men make me uncomfortable, and lo and behold i come to my appointment and they try to put me with a male therapist. i brushed it off and kept coming and then the female therapist they switched me to left and they called and told me they’d call when i had a new therapist. months pass before i get a call from them asking if i even want therapy anymore when they never even called me, acting like it was my fault i hadn’t been able to come in for therapy. and they tried to cancel my meds because they couldn’t give me a therapist. i shouldn’t have came in after that but i did just for my med nurse to be switched out from a female to man and that was my last straw. i will never set foot in this office again and i recommend you look into any other therapy office in the area.
