I've been going to lifesprings for the last 2 and a 1/2 years. In that time I've been able to get everything in order. Grave grateful for everybody in the office. The case managers are very nice and they're good friends if you need them.

Made an appointment for exactly one month out because they didn't have any openings. Good thing I called saying I was going to be like 5-10 minutes late. The receptionist then told me, Patty had dropped me from being a patient on the 31st of August. It would've been nice to known that, cause I would've found a new therapist. Either way, I guess it worked out because she wasn't the greatest. Pretty much talked to me like I wasn't an adult & had her own ways to put me down.

The receptionist is rude. The therapist is too opinionated. Just strictly medical advice is all that is needed, not unnecessary opinions. They made me reschedule my appt that I was 30 min early for because they put me in @ one time and told me another. Very poorly managed.
