  This place has saved my life I was in bad shape when I started going here now I'm 3 and a half years sober every thing doesn't work out smoothly but nothing ever does what has impressed me is we haven't had electricity for over a week and they have still made it in every day for regular hours and giving out the prescribed medicine I'm very grateful for the staff coming in everyday thank you all for making sure we get our medicine every day

  As a family member, I feel compelled to share what I have witnessed because the impact this clinic has had on my brother’s life has been devastating. If your family is thinking about going here - do everything you can to stop them! When my brother first entered treatment, our family was hopeful that he would receive the support and care necessary to recover and rebuild his life. Instead, we watched him become increasingly dependent on a system that, from our perspective, seemed more focused on maintaining patients (collecting $$$$) than helping them achieve lasting recovery. The most heartbreaking part has been watching his physical and mental health deteriorate. He has lost all of his teeth during the years he has been involved in this program. Whether due to the treatment itself, lack of proper medical guidance, or inadequate attention to patient health, the outcome has been tragic for him and painful for our entire family to witness. What concerns me most is the apparent lack of accountability and meaningful progress toward helping patients regain independence. Families place enormous trust in treatment providers … “Doctors” believing they will help their loved ones heal. Our experience has left us feeling deeply disappointed, frustrated, and heartbroken. I strongly encourage anyone considering this clinic to thoroughly research all available treatment options, ask difficult questions, and advocate aggressively for their loved one’s long-term well-being. I also encourage families who believe they have experienced harm or negligence to seek independent legal advice so they can better understand their rights and options. In my opinion, the practices and patient outcomes associated with this clinic deserve closer scrutiny by the appropriate regulatory authorities. Families deserve transparency, accountability, and treatment programs that prioritize genuine recovery and quality of life. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after witnessing the damage this situation has caused my brother and our family, I could not remain silent.
