Dr. Lemon has compassion and kindness. He fit me in for an impromptu appointment, due to a sudden, serious eye concern. He put me at ease, and his staff is amazing!

I have had nothing but exceptional service at Northshore. I recently went to a different location for a procedure and I was so nervous. The staff at my usual location Is terrific so I hoped it would be the same in Lake Station. I was greeted and helped by friendly front desk team. The nurse who took me back was not just kind but sincerely friendly. The doctor helped me feel at ease and took time to inform me before the procedure. I can’t recommend them enough!!

We were initially helped by Fátima and she was great in patiently and professionally assisting us. Everyone, doctors, nurses all so very helpful, patient. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. I have been going there for years.
