I stepped down from PHP to IOP over a few weeks and the transition was seamless. Same team, same approach, just fewer hours as I got back to work. Nobody rushed me and nobody held me back.

NuLife literally saved my life!! Their IOP group was supportive, welcoming, and fit into my schedule. I learned how to implement healthier coping skills and developed a greater understanding of my emotions from their psychoeducation curriculum. Monday Yoga with Jen helped me learn skills to reduce my anxiety symptoms. All of the therapists, Nichole, Katelyn, Eli, and Emily, were caring, empathetic, and brought a positive, light energy to group. Emily, especially, helped me challenge my thoughts, gave me the courage to be my authentic self, and fought for me when I felt most alone! I honestly can’t thank these people enough.

I like how the staff treats everyone unique. My treatment plan was made just for me.
