This place blows my mind when they prescribe important, addictive medication to patients but the receptionist will schedule the patients appointment five days after the patients medication refill date. The patient has called for each day to get a bridge refill because obviously the receptionist scheduled the appointment so far out that the patient ran out of addictive medication. The patient has called left multiple voice mails multiple times. The patient called CVS also. CVS has also called Porter starke services in Knox to get this medication refilled. This patient has been on this medication for years also. Not one person answering the phone. Not one person returning CVS or patients phone calls. Therefore this patient has to work and live a normal life while withdrawing from addictive medication. Sounds like you’re running a cult if you ask me.

For two months my troubled granddaughter had been waiting to see the psychiatrist there. She has been in and out of the hospital while waiting. Her appointment finally came around and my daughter drove 20 miles to get there the required 30 minutes early only to be told her appointment was cancelled because she didn't text back in time to confirm her appointment. The day they sent her the message she was driving back from yet another stay at the hospital. If anything happens to my granddaughter I hold this supposed psychiatrist office responsible. What is someone who doesn't watch their phone 24/7 supposed to do? What about someone who doesn't have a cell phone or hasn't had the money to pay their phone bill. I guess their lives are of no importance.
