They move your appointment time, act like they don't know you. At the slighted hint of being upset about anything, they start arguing with you. They'll even team up to argue with you. But never once at any moment will they care about helping you or making it right "unless they can manipulate you". It is the single most immature thing I've ever seen. There is one women there that will remind you of your most toxic of ex's. She comes out from the back when they start realizing that you will not sink to their level. She does nothing but try to trigger you. This is the third time they have stuck to this routine and show they put on. If you have mental heath issues, RUN FROM THIS PLACE. They're not here to help. They want your money, and don't care about you or your problems. I regretfully brought my wife to this place as well. They made her wait almost 5 months, just to give her 3 appointments before seeing a doctor. Here we are 9 months later doctor said he would prescribe something, she never got it. Called them 3 times about it. They acted like they didn't know who she was. They don't know who she sees. They don't know what she was prescribed. Funny, cause that's exactly how they treat me with any interactions i have with them. PLEASE RUN FROM THEM. THEY ARE NOT THE ONLY ONES IN TOWN. THEY WILL ONLY MAKE THINGS WORST FOR YOU.

I have been waiting since November to see a psychiatrist and they can’t get me in until April 14… that 5.5 months almost 1/2 a year and they won’t help me get my meds that I have been on for over 10 years!!!

Overwhelmed by patient volume. Don't go if you're expecting any kind of help
