I’m changing over my regular family Dr after my next appointment to let them know they will never have my business again. I ran out of refills and they’ve sent over 2 request from the pharmacy and they have yet to approve it. If you only see me as a paycheck that’s fine but we’re taking our health care somewhere else that has reliable healthcare.

Stuck waiting at the mercy of the front desk to approve my med refill. Currently going on week 5 of no answer/approval. I’d literally recommend anywhere BUT here.

My whole Porter Stark experience was horrible except one lady there her name was Kristy Steiner She is an amazing person. She went above and beyond to help me, but I feel the rest of Porter Stark just sees me as a paycheck. She seen me as a person.
