I have said multiple times that I am not Jeffery and they still call me! Someone should get Jeffery new number and stop calling my number. I am only putting one star cause I have never been here. But, I am getting called for someone that doesn't have this number I have so, kindly take it off your call logs.

Can you guys just answer the damn phone one time I call? Jesus. About to transfer care to mid America in Munster cause the care I’m paying for isn’t even worth this bs. I just had a follow up established things are going well with my meds, cvs couldn’t get ahold of anyone to refill them and by time I had time and actually get someone on the phone they tell me I’m going to have to wait for my follow up in 6-8 weeks for another refill, because THEY missed the call from CVS before my last follow up, and I did not notice until I was on my last pill. (Zoloft)Had to reschedule an appointment also later out because my doctor is going on vacation and didn’t tell me before I scheduled for when she would be gone. Didn’t refill my script before she left for vacation. Cool. These medications can cause serious side effects stopping cold turkey, do not bring your children to this place.

ever since my doctor left for a different practice (good for him) ,i'd never go back here. rude, inconsiderate, snippy staff that you speak with over the phone. never answers the phone, never calls you back in a timely manner. never empathetic. for the type of practice this is, you'd expect the staff to be understanding of others. also, don't bother with needing to change your appointment time. absolute nightmare. staff expects you to also know the ins and outs of your doctor's (who i hadn't seen yet as a patient whose doctor left) schedule, or you'll get scolded on the phone when you request something on a day he/she is not in
Before you go: availability, cost, and accepted insurance change often. Call the facility to confirm. If something on this page is wrong, tell us and we will correct it.
