  I heard about this facility from a friend and I decided to give it a try. The program works really well if you put in the work. The food is great and the staff hold you accountable, the facility could be a little bit cleaner but with one cleaning lady who puts in a lot of work what do you expect.This facility makes you feel like you will be ready to get out there on your own and succeed on your recovery journey.

  This PLACE is AWFUL!!!!. It’s a disgrace as a rehab. There’s no structure. There are no rules. You can do whatever you want. You don’t have to go to group if you don’t want to, wanna have sex there it’s on the table, if you want threaten staff to where they’re so scared and crying, you can do that. If you wanna break a door, you can do that!! If you don’t want to clean up after yourself, you can do that too. The management in this building what a JOKE. April Dover is the worst CEO I’ve ever seen. She picks and chooses who will be held accountable for their actions and who gets away with it. She will make some employees enforce rules, but then break them herself. The truly sad this is that its been reported nothing was done about it. She is like a virus in that building. She does nothing to better it. She shows favoritism in front of everybody. The staff talk a lot so you know everything that’s going on there. April is really good friends with the nurse named Danielle. She lies constantly. She is a weird, weird liar. She one time told somebody she had been a nurse for 8 to 13 years. She just got her nursing license. She treats the clients like true garbage. She will call them inmates and finds it to be funny, if she doesn’t like you she talks to you in a very arrogant and disrespectful manner. She will cause problems and start fights and then act like it’s not her and Call April instead of calling her immediate supervisor because she knows if she tells April there are no consequences for her actions. While I was there, I saw a client Threaten physical harm to an RA three different times saying he was gonna put hands on her. Nothing was done. She had to stay at work and feel unsafe for the rest of her shift. No SECURITY!!!!! Nothing but women work at night…. Pitiful and disgraceful !!! I will say there are some really good employees, Evelyn, she’s an RA so sweet very kind Sharon, she’s a little flighty, but also very nice and will try to do anything again for you, Linda, very headstrong, if you tell her you need something she’ll be very honest with you if I have the time I’ll do it for you. If not able sheI’ll let somebody know. Stacia, goes above and beyond makes you feel like a human being instead of just an addict. Will talks to you and listens. If you need something she will try her damnedest to make sure you get it. While you’re at your lowest she just makes you feel like a normal human being and that you can actually get the help you need. Kathy, She comes off very aggressive and rude but once you talk to her, you figure out that she’s got the biggest heart and she’s a little softy. If you need something, she will try to find it for you and if she can’t, she let you know when she goes and somehow a couple days later, so get it together for you Melissa the RA boss she listens to why you talk you can see there’s no judgment in her eyes, she’s so kind to everybody. She has a great personality and she really backs her team. I hope when the new company takes over that their first official decision is to get rid of the CEO all the bad hanging fruit that is beside her so that your facility will thrive. I would rather be somewhere where there is structure enforced every day not picking and choosing what rules are important and if one person is allowed not to follow them, but then another person does it and then you know what either they quit or they get fired. It’s usually the better staff that quits or gets fired. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The lack of accountability on the ceos part of not holding all staff as the same and picking and choosing who is and isn’t allowed to break the rules is Disgusting!!!

  This place is a complete joke. Where do I begin? This is not a recovery center this is a homeless shelter, all we did was color and listen to music. Melissa the RA manager never comes out of her office to help her staff, they had 1 RA on the floor for 40 something patients, which I believe is unsafe. The DON Marlene prances around the building with her nose in the air flirting with the maintenance man Johnny all day, while her nurses barely can keep up because they’re short staff. The detox unit is a complete joke, barely have enough Gatorades for the patients, Is this really a good place for treatment? The entire time I was here I felt worse than I did before I came in. This place needs to be shut down, seems like the workers are just here for a check vs helping us recover. Don’t waste your time coming, you won’t get the service you need.
