I’ve seen some of the negative reviews here, and I wanted to share a different perspective. This is difficult work. The staff often meet people on some of the hardest days of their lives, and those situations aren’t always easy. I’ve personally seen staff deal with some incredibly difficult circumstances, and I’ve been impressed by the patience, kindness, and professionalism they show. Are things always perfect? Of course not. But there are a lot of really good people here who care about what they do and genuinely want to help. I think that deserves to be said, too.

You need to get your group homes IN ORDER!! 3X now In 16 years of living in my home and I had to either make a report or call the cops. Tonight was the last straw with one of them committing invasion of privacy at 9pm staring at me thru my window. When the same man has been warned MULTIPLE times. I dont understand they have free run in a residential area and a block from a school and AT 9PM. Get things under control because if I feel intimidated or in fear EVER again especially with my children or grand children present thing will not go in your favor.
