Agree with the other review that says they do NOT listen. Told Diana multiple that all the medications were making me feel and act psychotic and she kept trying to put me on different ones. She even tried putting me back on one she just weaned me off of.... The talk therapist I was seeing there also completed ghosted me after she told me she would call to schedule after a month(this is because she was leaving that location and I said I was fine with seeing her at the other location). NEVER called. I tried calling to get a hold of her and was having such a hard time and struggling with panic attacks that I had to call their crisis line. The lady on the crisis line was kind enough to try and help me reach my therapist. She said she did some calling around and got a hold of my therapist and told me that my therapist said she would call me by the end of the week. Well, she ghosted me a second time. This place is a joke.

Felt like they weren’t willing to admit they didn’t know how to help me. Was misdiagnosed and given meds that caused a serious life-threatening situation. No follow-up or concern shown afterward.

Diana King is the worst. Valley oaks is terrible. King does not listen and is extremely judgey. Don’t go here for any mental health needs!
