This placed saved my life, although it’s not for everyone, it was most certainly right for me! After being on drugs on and off for almost 11 years this place mentally, emotionally and physically help me in every which way possible! This place also advocated for me when it came to seeing my kids and dealing with DCS! They helped me in so many different ways it would take me all day to write about it! Biggest plus was my kids got to come see me on the weekends and that right there helps more than anyone knows! Thank you VOA and all the staff that helped! I learned so much and appreciate every bit of it!

So through my experience today this morning, I called for my wife and spoke with a lady at the indiana building guessing in Indianapolis, she was so disrespectful and hung up on me 2 times. Ya know the automated system indicates we are caring professionals who care. Well, I would say this lady didn't care what so ever about assisting with any need my wife has, not to mention she wasn't professional what so ever. If I knew her name I would state it here I asked her. Then she hung up on me again. This place has no care what so ever. An im reaching out to the administrators , regarding this matter , it needs to be dealt with immediately.

I like to state I wasn’t admitted, it was my mother .. mind you her problems isn’t drugs it’s her mental health so why her case worker picked this spot I couldn’t tell ya. The amount of disappointment I have is unbelievable, mental health professionals around the clock there with her and DID NOTHING but make it worse for her and the downside for her mental to the point we removed her from this facility , it makes me question how many women go in this spot wanting and seeking real help and leave in worse conditions . I do not recommend if you genuinely care about yourself , your family members , peers .. etc they are NO good . There is REAL help out there and people who do care ! seek them . phone calls are being made and questions are going to be answered , why this place is still ruining is because you and your family are a pay check , filling up a bed so they don’t care
